Learning Central Scheduled Downtime, Sept. 14–18
The vendor for Learning Central will be performing a migration of our production environment servers and an upgrade to the system starting Thursday, Sept. 14 at 10 p.m. and ending Monday, Sept. 18 at 10 p.m. Please make sure that all team members working from Thursday, Sept. 14 through Monday, Sept. 18 are aware of this downtime. All access to Learning Central will be unavailable.
The downtime timeframe is significant, however, it is necessary to ensure the successful deployment of the environment to upgraded servers and the lasted version of the software. Upon completion of the migration, the system will be more closely aligned with the vendor, SAP’s hyper-scaler platform, which will provide faster access to learning innovations and improved resiliency with a state-of-the-art foundation.
We recognize that system downtime is disruptive to workflow. Thank you for your cooperation and patience while this work is completed. If you experience issues with systems other than Learning Central during this downtime, please contact the Service Desk here or call 2-DATA (272-3282).
